Refunds can be processed within 15 days of purchasing a plan from Eztechnologies.support, subject to the following conditions:

A refund will not be granted if the issue has been resolved.
If a written refund request is not received at info@eztechnologies.support before the plan’s expiry date, it will be assumed that the issues have been resolved.
Charges for the support fee and software licence (per computer or device) will not be refundable if Eztechnologies.support has resolved one or more issues, and the customer confirms this in their feedback email.

If a customer wishes to cancel the plan after 15 days of purchase and Eztechnologies.support has resolved one or more issues, an amount per incident will be deducted from the total cost, in addition to the setup fee and software licence cost.

Once software or antivirus products have been delivered to the customer via email and installed on the customer’s computer or laptop, a refund will not be granted.
A change of mind by the customer does not warrant a refund.
Once the customer replies to our payment authorization email with “I authorise Eztechnologies.support,” they are bound by our refund policy.

A customer may be eligible for a refund if any of the following criteria are met:
Eztechnologies.support has not been able to resolve at least one issue within the first 15 days of the plan.
Eztechnologies.support, at its discretion, may agree to a refund of support plan charges on a case-by-case basis, deducting the setup fee, the cost of any paid antivirus, and any other paid software provided free of charge with the plan.
If the problem falls outside the scope of the specific plan.
If the customer possesses all the prerequisites required to resolve the issue, and the problem remains unresolved.
The customer requests a refund within 48 hours of the issue resolution, with confirmation from the customer after the last working session with Eztechnologies.support.
Refunds will only be processed upon receiving a written refund request from the customer at info@eztechnologies.support, accompanied by a reason for the refund. The refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Eztechnologies.support under any circumstances.
